Dear Family and Friends,
Thank you for visiting our blog! This will be the easiest way for us to keep in contact with everyone back home, as well as sharing some of our experiences along the way.
We have been planning our India trip for several months now and are currently 6 weeks and 2 days from our departure date of November 19th!! The plane tickets are purchased, VISAs issued and immunizations received! During the next 6 weeks we will be busy on our 4th rotation while planning the details of our trip.
In India, we will be working as PA students in various specialties at SVJCT’s B.K.L. Walawalker Hospital, Diagnostic and Research Centre, http://www.walawalkarhospital.com/html/index.html , located in the village of Dervan, in Maharashtra, India. After our time spent working we will take the remainder of our trip to travel part of the country. Details of this portion of our trip are yet to be determined. Stay tuned!
We will make updates to the blog with messages and pictures as often as possible throughout our 2 month adventure. So please check back as our departure date draws near!
